Wanted to give 5-stars, but it fell short in a few areas. Design was beautiful & accurately reflected the location, which was nice. Pendant is a good size, & adjustability of the chain is handy. I know the price is likely based on the fact that it’s customized and not the quality of the jewellery itself, but I was expecting better. Pendant wasn’t smooth— there were scratches on both front and back. The message on the back appeared to be printed on rather than engraved— This would fade off with time. One of the rings on the chain close to where the chain would be clasped is already partially faded after 1 day— this tells me the gold plating may not be the best.

This is a unique piece of jewelry. Persephone, Hades, and the story of eating the pomegranate seeds to keep her in the underworld for half a year has special meaning to my Scorpio adult daughter, whom I purchased this for as a birthday gift. Keep in mind that if you are asking for it to be engraved, it adds time to the order. I had hoped it would be exactly like the photo, which shows some gold on the front of the pendant, but the metal is only on the sides and back so it is not exactly as expected or seen in the photo.

18k seems a little dark but its not bad when worn with other gold. For sure it matches the photo, mine is so clean. My wife considers it big and me as a male I think it’s just right. The picture has allot of small details and if you look closely you can see them.

The item is good quality and well craved and crafted. I am disappointed though it’s small, I know the website was clear about the size but it’s still disappointing. I am giving a 5 for the well craved face. I would like the sellers response on why you would have such a good carving done in such a small size. U what it bigger so it can be admired better. I would love a 1.5 to 2 inch inch Durga pendant and happy to buy it if they can make it for me. I am not rating customer service as I did not have a chance to use it. Shipping was as stipulated on Etsy which was asap so giving only 3 for it.

Shipped and arrived amazingly fast! I think it shipped the same day I ordered it, even. The upgraded box is a bit pricey for what it is, but it is *honestly* worth it! The little lighting effect is STUNNING! This is the perfect thing for my upcoming 1st anniversary. A star chart was part of the first gift I gave my now-wife years ago, and this piece was personalized with a line from our vows. The pendant itself fittingly resembles her engagement and wedding bands. I think she will love it! The only critique I'd mention is that the little star chart paper has visible perforations rather than being a clean cut piece of paper, but it's a minor concern. Overall, it's a beautiful piece that has an elegant presentation built in! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying the necklace design is beautiful, but upon arrival, it was disappointing. The pictures shown were that the necklace was smooth and shiny, but the one my fiance got was one that looked like aluminum that has been crumbled on both ring parts. Everything about it just felt cheap, and not worth the price I paid. Overall, it's still makes for an okay necklace.

The engraving looked nice, but the front was very disappointing. I thought I was getting a flower that was 3 dimensional. The product came and I was shocked to find a low quality 1 dimensional piece of paper with a picture of a sunflower on it. The picture in the advertisement shows a crisp 3d image. Actual product; dull 1 dimensional. Went out and bought something else. Very disappointed. On a positive note: customer service was good and he responded quickly when I mistakenly placed a duplicate order.

My only criticism would be that some of the more detailed design of the little keys were a bit lost. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

I feel terrible not being able to give this 5 stars, because it's a beautiful design and a well-made piece. The problem is that the delicate, intricate design does not work well on a pendant so small. The issue actually is apparent on the shop's photo with the pendant on a model, which I did not give the proper weight when I ordered. So "buyer beware" and all that, but mostly I think it's a shame this artist's beautiful work is being shrunk to a size where you can't properly appreciate it. Speaking personally, I would have paid more for something closer to a 2" diameter size pendant where you can really see Freya and her cats. This particular pendant has the additional issue of somewhat resembling the Starbucks mermaid logo when made quite small. Its dark green color, while lovely, does not help here.

Like the other reviews I thought the front was engraved. But it is not. It is still a nice pendant. Just with the covered it’s with resin and not engraved was in the description.

Very nice, but not what I expected. Description is "stainless steel", and looking at the picture, I thought it was engraved into stainless steel. It is actually a stainless steel-backed bezel, with resin poured over the printed image. It's also smaller than I thought, but that's on me. I went by the photo rather than looking for a description of the size. The chain is nice quality.
