Defective item
If we determine your item is defective, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund you. Please make sure you contact us within a week of receiving the order.

- Email us (Support@EpsilonBlue.com) with some pictures of the defects, description of the defects and your order number.
- We’ll get back to you with instructions for the next steps.
