Wanted to give 5-stars, but it fell short in a few areas. Design was beautiful & accurately reflected the location, which was nice. Pendant is a good size, & adjustability of the chain is handy. I know the price is likely based on the fact that it’s customized and not the quality of the jewellery itself, but I was expecting better. Pendant wasn’t smooth— there were scratches on both front and back. The message on the back appeared to be printed on rather than engraved— This would fade off with time. One of the rings on the chain close to where the chain would be clasped is already partially faded after 1 day— this tells me the gold plating may not be the best.
